In essence, QR Escape is a humorous escape-room puzzle-solving game with a distinctive twist. You play the game on your PC/laptop while interacting with a QR reader app on your mobile device. One of the earliest games in a brand-new interactive gameplay genre is the one you’re playing right now.
To advance in the game, you must solve puzzles that, if completed, reveal/construct a QR code. These QR codes include a 6-digit passcode that can be retrieved when scanned with a reader. Then, various keypads are inserted with that code.

Where Do I Get A QR Reader?
if you have a mobile phone, you certainly will be able to scan the QR codes.
1) Modern iPhone or Android devices will scan from the built-in camera. Just start up the camera app and point the camera at the QR code on the screen and the camera will detect it. You may have to enable QR Scanning from your phone settings if it is currently disabled.
2) Download a custom QR reader. There are literally hundreds to choose from, most work fine, but a few are not so good. The free QR reader app I used personally to test the game
It is referred to as “Qrafter: a quick response code reader” (on an iPhone). It is a great reader, however it will display advertisements. I don’t know the reader personally and don’t gain anything from it.
The Drama
The curator of an unusual art gallery is requesting you to look into weird activities taking place in the institution’s basement. The basement serves as a storage area and a heating system. However, the curator has been shut out of the cellar, and odd noises are coming from below. As you enter the gallery, the door closes behind you, so you realise you must go. Explore the gallery’s dark corners to find the answer to the riddle and leave!
